This month, we’re donating all profits to The Conscious Kid, a nonprofit organization dedicated to equity and promoting positive racial identity development in youth. They support organizations, families, and educators in taking action to disrupt racism in young children. See their website at theconsciouskid.org for more information.
Every month, we donate all of our profits to a new charity to bring attention to the work they’re doing because we think it deserves more. Everybody wins. You, the customer, get a sweet treat, we, the bakers, get to bake said sweet treat, and they, the charities, get money and publicity from said sweet treat. Please note, we support socially progressive causes because we’re tired of the injustice and oppression that outdated, conservative policies have both created and reinforced. We are committed to taking a stand against these policies by educating others and ourselves, as well as donating what we can.
